Exactly what I was looking for to control my bathroom fan. Would give it 5 stars, but I've had to replace two in a year, so long-term reliability is suspect. Still, it's backed by a 2-yr warranty so maybe I was the exception to the rule.

I use these for all my bathroom exhaust fans. The install easily and have given me no trouble.

5 of the units we bought worked and are great. One, however, was defective so we had to reinstall one of the other fan switches. We didn't consider it worth the time to go through customer service.

This is a great product, saves energy and if you use it for a bath fan, keeps your bathroom walls and ceiling dry and turns off right on time.

To start with, the sales reps were great. I had the wrong color of switch shipped to me due to Amazon having no description of color and showing a white switch with an Ivory product number. I received the correct color and the sales rep handled the entire transaction smoothly. The switches work great. The install went smooth. I thought the price was a little high but obviously it didn't effect my purchase decision since I bought 3 and there is not a better product on the market that I could find. Thank you Smarthome.

The switch's heat sink aluminum is too wide (by about 1/8") on the left side. It prevents installing another light switch in the dual switch cover.

Very easy to install and to use. Just push it and forget it ;)

Recommended to others. Will buy again.
