This system is almost identical to our Hardwired 16-Zone Security System (#7470) except that it only has eight zones. It's ideal for homes that don't need 16 zones, but still want the security of a professional-quality security system. Remember that even though there are only eight zones, several doors/windows can be protected by each zone. If knowing whether a specific door/window is open or has been violated is not of great concern, you may be able to use this system even with large homes or businesses.

This system has the same arm/disarm and status feedback options as the 16 zone unit that allows it to be easily integrated with home automation products. It has a built-in communicator that is compatible with virtually all major central station reporting formats. If you don’t want central station monitoring you can hook it up to our new telephone pager/voice dialer which will call up to 3 numbers and play your recorded voice message and page you. Works with standard keypad as shown above or with optional plain english keypad. Up to 3 keypads can be hooked to the system. A power supply and battery backup is required.
