Each of the 8 zones can be configured as one of 9 types; day, 24 hr., entry/exit, interior delay, interior follower, instant, secondary delay, fire and keyswitch. Each zone input can be configured as a normally closed or normally open input to accommodate virtually any security sensor.
Many options can be configured in this system by accessing memory locations. Over 280 memory locations hold system configuration information that include users, zone information, communicator information, entry/exit options, siren options, auxiliary output information, chime information, self test options and more. Most of these options can be configured at will to provide considerable flexibility.
Expand your system by installing additional keypads at alternate entrances to the home, like the garage, mud-room, or back porch entrance. Another great place is the master bedroom so that you can conveniently arm and disarm the system, or check the status of the sensors easily. Keypads are wired with four-conductor cable and can extended up to 500 feet from the panel using 18-gauge (200 feet with 22-gauge).
