Open the SealSmart RG6 Quad Coax Stripper and place the cable inside. Close the coax stripper and rotate the tool around the cable four or five times. Pull the stripped end out from the cable stripper; be sure to fold the braid back over the cable jacket prior to inserting it into your compression connector.
Additional cable strippers are also available for RG6 coax cable, RG59 coax cable, and twisted pair cable (all sold separately).
Protect Your FingersAfter you've stripped the coax, save your fingers by using the flaring tool. This special tool quickly (and painlessly!) opens up the coax jacket to make inserting the connector easy. No more bleeding fingers!
