Product Support Specialist
Listen to customers rave about their home automation products and ask how they can "one-up" their neighbor.
 
Listen to callers describe bizarre behavior of their home automation systems and walk them through the steps to fix the problem
Respond to e-mail inquiries in a timely manner
You'll need lots for free time to demo up to $1500 of products in your home. We want you to have first-hand knowledge of our products
High school diploma
Minimum 1 year of Technical Support experience
Knowledge of home automation and X-10 technology a plus, but not required
Knowledge of house electrical wiring, A/V distribution, and surveillance is a plus
Customer service experience in a call center/Internet retail environment a plus
Typing 30+ WPM
Must be a team player and enjoy problem solving
Must be "technically" oriented
