Course # SHP 101
Lighting Control Training Level 1: This class is for the dealer that is new to INSTEON. After completion of this class, you will have a general knowledge of how to use and install INSTEON in small jobs. Cost: $49.00 (refunded as a credit when you purchase dealer starter kit).
Course # SHP 201
Lighting Control Training Level 2: This class is open to any SmarthomePro dealer who has completed SHP 101 and has purchased at least one of the dealer starter kits or completed some installations prior to taking the class. After completion of SHP 201, you will have an advanced knowledge of INSTEON linking and programming, including scenes, timer functions, installation and selling tips. You will also be eligible for prioritized referrals from Smarthome customers. Cost: $49.00.
These classes are taught by our national training manager, Steve Lee, and are available at various locations around the country, and at all industry shows where SmarthomePRO is present.
